Long Term Construction Project-– Hillcrest Road Warren Twp.
Starting April 20 and continuing through the end of May, Hillcrest Road in Warren Twp., will have road construction taking place with the installation of a new sanitary sewer pipe. The construction will take place from the Long Hill Township border on Mountain Avenue (at Passaic River) south on Hillcrest Road to the intersection of Mountain Avenue in Warren (at blinking light).
Plan alternate routes and expect delays during construction.
During construction, vehicles will only be allowed to travel south on Hillcrest Road from Long Hill Township into Warren. No northbound traffic will be allowed. All northbound traffic coming back into Long Hill Township will be detoured west on Mountain Avenue (from blinking light) to Stirling Road, where they will turn north and enter back into town via Plainfield Road.
