Navigating Hope brings services to you. Visit the Navigating Hope van at a location near you to apply for benefits and get connections to social services. Their team provides application assistance for SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, Utility Assistance, Housing, and other Community programs. Get connected to help with Veterans Benefits, Legal Services, Aging, Transportation, Health and Wellness, Mental Health, Domestic Violence Services, WIC (nutritional assistance) and other services.
